Using the Library's Meeting Spaces
The meeting rooms at Montville Township Public Library, including those of Pio Costa Auditorium, are available to individuals and groups from Montville who can present a tax exempt number as a nonprofit and who fulfill minimum insurance liability requirements.
Rooms are available during Library hours only.
Library and official township business events have first priority.
If you would like to schedule a meeting, please read our meeting room policy. You must also download and complete our two-page meeting room application form and mail or bring it with your tax exempt number and your insurance certificate to the Director's office. The file is an editable pdf, so you can fill out the form on the computer, or print it out and fill it out by hand. We invite community members and local non-profit organizations to display items that may be of interest to our patrons in our two display cases near the entrance of the library. Please contact Amy Resnikoff in the Programs & Services Department (973-402-0900, ext. 240) to submit a display for consideration.
